Conte Federico Apartments represents a stay experience unlike any other, not comparable to what you would do in a normal hotel. A place where the charm of the time has been maintained, where you can spend a unique vacation, in the utmost comfort, surrounded by elegance and authenticity from the Sicilian style.
All apartments are eco friendly: water is heated by a solar system, all accessories are A+ energy certification, kitchens are equipped with induction cookers, and apartments are equipped with an energy-saving system using an electronic board.
The Palazzo is located in the heart of the central Albergheria district, just a short walk from the historic Ballarò market and the renowned Arab-Norman Itinerary, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ideal starting point for exploring the city and all major tourist attractions within easy walking distance. In the area: supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, bank, ATM/ATM, bars, restaurants, theaters, nightlife spots, and shopping streets.
